OUR TEAMMEMBERS

Our team has 5 members - Mirtel, Greete, Oliver, Romet and Karl Joonas. Our instructor is Mai Pitsner.

GREETE

Greete has been in our team since the very beginning. She has been involved in robotics for 8 years, starting in the first grade. She has participated in JR. FLL twice and this year marks her 6th time participating in FLL.

She is 14 years old.

Greete is very friendly, hardworking, intelligent and careful. She enjoys organizing things, creating tables, and making plans. She is skilled in time management, dividing tasks, and writing presentation texts.

Apart from robotics, Greete's hobbies include playing the ukulele, folk dancing, hiking, and crafting.

Her favorite color is purple.
Her favorite animal is a guinea pig.
Her favorite food is spaghetti bolognese.
Her favorite artists are Amy Winehouse and Zetod.

MIRTEL

Mirtel has also been in our team since the very beginning. She has been involved in robotics for 8years, starting in the first grade. She has participated in JR. FLL for two years, and this year marks her 6th time participating in FLL.

She is 14 years old.

Mirtel is fun, smart, conscientious and brave. She enjoys taking memorable photos and working on things like designing websites and presentation slides. Mirtel is amazing at bringing things together, turning even the smallest ideas into something big.

Apart from robotics, her hobbies include folk dancing, baking, and she plays the piano and is learning to play the karmoška (traditional Estonian musical instrument).

Her favorite color is dark red.
Her favorite animal is a snail.
Her favorite food is Caesar salad.
Her favorite artists are Zetod, Queen and Joost.

OLIVER

Oliver joined our team during the Superpowered season, but has been involved in robotics for 8 years. He has participated in FLL for several years.

Oliver is 15 years old.

He always smiles when he walks through the door and brings joy to all of our team. Recently, he has become increasingly hardworking. He himself says that the thought of achieving better results and going even further motivates him.

He is very musical and can play the saxophone and piano. Outside of robotics, his hobbies include hacking in Minecraft and cycling.

His favorite color is dark purple.
His favorite animal is a cockroach.
His favorite food is ice cream.
His favorite artists are Rammstein and Mark Bernes.

KARL JOONAS

Karl Joonas also joined our team during the Superpowered season. He has been involved in robotics for 5 years.

Karl Joonas is 15 years old.

He has a wealth of knowledge. He possesses strong engineering skills, which are incredibly useful when building the robot. He is very clever, smart, and especially precise when it comes to building robots. He has great ideas, and he is incredibly determined when it comes to bringing them to life.

In addition to robotics, his hobbies include rock climbing and reading books. He enjoys everything related to science the most.

His favorite color is black.
His favorite animal is the giant tiger land snail
His favorite food is sushi.
His favorite artists are Rammstein and Freddie Mercury.

ROMET

Romet joined our team only in October of this season. He's previously been involved in robotics for 8 years. He has participated in FLL for 2 years.

Romet is 14 years old.

Romet has extensive skills both in the IT field and in robot building. He has broad horizons and good communication skills. He's smart, nice and determined. In any situation, he knows how to maintain peace and humor, but at the same time he sees a realistic picture.

His favorite food is pizza.
His favorite artists are Freddie Mercury and Modern Talking.

Instructor Mai

Mai is our instructor. She is cheerful and helps us through both good and bad times. She always has amazing ideas on how to keep the team strong and make it even stronger.

Her favorite animal is a dog.
Her favorite food is pancakes.
Her favorite artists are P!nk, Queen, and Nightwish.
