Our core values

IMPACT

  • We fill in a diary on our website, where we write down all the emotions, successes, failures, etc. for each week.
  • We work and act quietly and actively, so we do not bother ourselves or others who want to work.
  • We share our activities on social media and with family and friends.
  • We met with the president of the Republic of Estonia and introduced the impact of robotics.
  • We added an English version to our website.
  • We have had (virtual) meetings with different teams. For example, AgaMiks?, Jätkame Mõtlemist and HOT  from Estonia, Hobbyrobot from The Czech Republic and Superfast Unicorns from Finland etc. We talked about our robots and projects, received and gave feedback and tips.

INNOVATION

 

  • We built a prototype for our innovation project solution.
  • This year's robot has a gearbox that we had to change, test and improve a lot.

INCLUSION

  • We share the necessary tasks in the team so that everyone has something to do.
  • Since we go to robotics room on different days, we share all the information with others through Messenger and team diary.

DISCOVERY

  • We met with experts on the project and gained a lot of new knowledge.
  • We learned to use Stud.io to make 3D models of our attachments.

TEAMWORK

  • We do a lot of brainstorming to hear everyone's thoughts.

FUN

  • We make great Instagram stories and posts.
  • In addition to work, we also have a good time together.
  • There is always a lot of fun at our meetings.
  • We take everything with light humor and "sarcasm" is the second name of our team.
  • We always wear colorful and fun unicorn costumes to the competitions.
